How could time travel from the future to the past be possible?

A tachyonic antitelephone is a hypothetical device in theoretical physics that could send signals into one’s past.

Tachyonic antitelephone resembles ‘Aakaash Vaani’ in our Hindu mythology, which informs people in the present about the future with voices from the sky. More at https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tachyonic_antitelephone

If DNA [which itself is Information] of a future person is transferred to the past using Tachyonic Antitelephone, then one can give birth to that DNA in the past. Since the body [including the brain] of the future DNA is new, the time-traveller will not remember what happened to them in the future before travelling to the past. The future folks could keep guiding the time-traveller from the end with voices using Tachyonic Antitelephone. Sounds like fiction, which could be a reality shortly.
