Introduced Face Detection in Fallov.

We have introduced face detection in Fallov to eliminate fake profiles and spam. This will help our users to communicate with confidence and trust. The technology behind this is open source written in JavaScript based on TensorFlow. It takes an average time of 1.4 seconds to detect the face. Thanks to that dude who developed the face-api.js!
Today, I have also added Gender and Age detection.
